I developed proficiency with DNA barcoding techniques through designing and executing an experimental research project where I investigated the biodiversity of my oral microbiome

I independently performed DNA Barcoding Techniques on multiple fish samples (high volume) on a daily basis, for local research partners. Every isolated DNA sample and sequence that I produced was isolated from my starting point of a whole preserved specimen.
